This is why Republicans will never be able to get the Hispanic/other minority votes they "should" (based on social values). They welcome and cater to racist scum, they've become known as the party of racists and it's all through their own fault. Minorities will never really feel welcome or comfortable in the Republican clubhouse.
It makes me feel ill to think that I walk into a room full of tea-baggers or far right-wing conservatives and this is what they would automatically assume about me....just based on something like the race I was born into. How can you just casually say "minorities are this or that"??? That's a whole lot of people you're insulting all at once.
Um.. Republicans get a lot of minority votes, and the fact that you dont think minorities vote Republican is RACIST..

You can blame undue influence of corporations and state governments for that. You have to look at the big picture: plus those who are on welfare is a minuscule fraction of the socialist budget anyway.

People who are dependent on government for their subsistence will vote for the party that promises to keep the checks coming. Not even close to a small franction of the budget.. We have spent tens of trillions of dollars trying to end poverty in america, and all we got is more poverty..

All I did was quote Limbaugh. People are free to interpret it anyway they want to.
That minorities are attracted to the Democratic party because of handouts and welfare or that minorities are parasitic drug addicts or about minorities being slaves?
He did not say they are drug addicts.
People do become used to free goodies if they receive them for a long period of time. Democrats know this and use this to their political advantage. The problem is people do not learn to take of their our needs and it hurts the country.
The country needs people to be productive - not fiscal parasites.
