I guess if you were born in the back seat of a car on the way to a hospital with no one in attendance but your father then you can't run for president in AZ, since the new law requires a name of a hospital and attending doctor. Not to worry, the law will get over turned anyway.

actually, according to arizona SOS bennett, those are only required "when applicable". as he points out in the interview that info is not available on the hawaiian COLB so it would not be required.

.......yep. exactly what myself and others have said thru this entire thread.
And if you read the bill in its entirety, NONE Of the requirements mention that the Vice President is subject to them.
Seeing as the Vice President (as defined in the US Constitution) must meet the same requirements as the President, not only is this bill in Violation of the 14th Amendment, its also in violation of the 12th Amendment.
Seriously these lawmakers have never read the Constitution have they?

well, this may have killed this aspect of the birther debate. all i can think of is to be careful what you wish for. the birthers wanted an eligibility bill...... and if this one goes thru they will be forced to accept the fact that the COLB is an official documentation of proof of birth.
i didn't even think about the VP aspect of the bill. so much for "...this isn't about obama."
I think it would be great if Obama ran in these states as Vice President just to give them the finger.
