It will be interesting, we will have to see what happens.
not hard to predict the outcome for acceptance. the hawaiian COLB meets all state department requirements for proof of birth. by the "full faith and credit" clause of the US constitution AZ has no option but to accept it.
The certificate of live birth and all of the other paperwork that President Obama has issued counts as legal proof in all 50 states of the union that you are a citizen.
All this law means is that the Democratic Presidential nominee in Arizona will be Barrack Obama.
if you'd like you do this simple test. call a passport office anywhere in AZ and ask if they accept a 2007 hawaiian COLB as proof of birth for a passport application. you will have your answer right there of whether or not the AZ legislature will accept it.
Sorry, but ANY state can require ANY piece of documentation they wish to prove eligibility. If obama wants to be on the ballot in AZ, he'll have to provide the documentation.

Which makes this whole deal exactly what I and others have described it as:
political theater for right wing loonies and closet racists.
You are aware that this requirement is in the Constitution. Aren't you?
What would be more effective is if there were some kind of test that shows how much a candidate actually loves his country because there is over twenty years of demonstrable evidence that Obama does not.
