I seriously doubt it's more corrupt than Louisiana or Illinois.

As for the USA Today article (which leaves out many necessary facts but is heavy on innuendo), I'll reserve judgement on the sheriff himself until the facts of the investigation come to light and see if charges are brought against him or if the problem is an accounting error or illegal activities of people who work for the sheriff.

Do you have any more specifics? I do not see any numbers in your cited article.

I am neither for or against police or government but I do not see any wrong-doing based on the article.

Sounds like someone trying to make a case against police without any substantial evidence. I guess the times will tell.

Liberals sure hate people who want to enforce our borders and treat criminals like criminals. Liberals would want nothing more than seeing this sheriff fry. Simply because many libs favor ILLEGALS over Americas laws and protectors
