I'm a big fan of Hartmann and have been listening to his radio program a few days a week for the past year. He's a brilliant guy who has ran many small businesses and written many books on various subjects.

Just wondering if anyone else around here listens to Thom?

I think he's a refreshing change from the flamethrowers and fearmongers that litter AM radio.

Yes, I often catch him during my morning commute. I agree with your assessment about him being a refreshing change.

Haven't heard him on the radio very much, but I have read his illustrated book, We The People:

I've listened to him online a few times and his show is excellent. He really thinks things through and is well informed on the topics he discusses. His guests are high caliber, too. I'd really like to hear him on the local AM talk station, but their line-up is all conservatards, all the time.

You can stream him on green960 and also he has podcasts for a small fee.

I love the guy and he is brilliant.

I've heard him a few times, not that familiar with him, he has made some interesting points. I could be wrong, but I think he would be more popular if he streamlined some of his analysis, a bit long winded, like I said, not very familiar.

He's an intellectual. Hard to streamline when an intellectual.
