Report says "violently" beating a 2 year old child in their crib across the back, rear, and legs.

Now you can question as to what is considered violent, if the claim is out of context, etc... but then you would need a lot more information to come to that conclusion.

Or... you can make assumptions and use it as a bat to attack political positions for your own benefit. Very intelligent!
