Actually before this "no-fly zone" war 7% of Libyan oil came to the U.S. And American oil Co.'s held Billions of dollars in contracts. In addition to that American industry held $60. billion in other contracts. When this current unhappiness begin to bubble up in 2009+/- American Co.'s had to leave and now other countries like Red China are moving in. Oops not nice to cross big oil and the globalists.............

We jumped into Libya though.

There is a pattern here as to what countries the US wants to "save" but I don't see it yet. (oil ?)
Obama went into Libya to do the French, British, and Italians a favor. They make billion$ from Libyan oil and it is a primary source of oil for their economies. They want that oil secured. The "humanitarian" excuse is bullsh*t. Obama and the Europeans dreamed it up. It's the oil.

Yea, the oil. That's why the Syrian regime can mow down as many pro-democracy demonstrators as it wants. Obama has no interest.

You're wrong for the reason I stated.
Obama has NO interest in saving the democratic demonstrators in Syria (although he should).

Sadly, yes. Doesn't seem to matter who is president, the US Foreign Policy never seems to put OUR best interests first.
