The same tea party that has called for revolution against the USA, the same tea party that has called for secession from the USA. What the hell is wrong with these people. Have they no respect for old glory?

That's why the ultra right wipe their rear ends with the constitution and want to transform this great country into a corporatist/fascist reign?

Oh please. The only person who vowed to transform the country was Obama.

You have no problem with another flag having the same status as the US flag???

What about the confederate flag? How about the gay pride flag?

no one is trampling on Old Glory. the Gadsden Flag is from 1775 and has been flown by Americans ever since. even on licence plates. sounds like whining to me

From the article:

Quote:
Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer signed into law this week a bill that prevents homeowners associations from banning the black-on-yellow Gadsden flags -- the Tea Party-favored banners displaying the coiled rattlesnake and "Don’t Tread on Me" message.
...
What the bill does is stop a private group (the HOA) from prohibiting another private individual (the homeowner) from raising this flag on his property. The Confederate flag and the gay pride flag were not within the scope of the legal proceedings.

[with that said, if one wants to raise those flags - raise them. I am a strong proponent of the First Amendment]
