C'mon folks. You're not looking at this from the other end. Once the environment gets the same rights as a human it would mean that the environment would have the same responsibilities. Therefore since the EPA would be the environments Estate Executor we could line up with our lawsuits - To name a few; We could sue the EPA for every flood, tornado, hurricane, tsunami etc. Thus we could also hold Van Jones and his group liable along with the UN if they adopted this jabberwocky. Maybe we could even recoup some of the money we have shoveled to the World Bank for all the droughts and pestilence caused by their manipulations of world currencies in third world countries. GO GREEN WEENIES !

Maine National Park proposal is another fed land grab intended to make traditional hunting, fishing, trapping a thing of the past. They will of course offer a small plot of land where hunting would be allowed....for now.
