actually we could have gotten him several times. clinton was offered bin laden three times, and turned the offer down. our military had the chance to get him a couple of times early in the afghan war, but they were stopped by the afghanis.

Now that the dust has settled--I have to agree with you.

They can say whatever they want about the monarchy--wasn't that great to start with--can't really change--so I guess they will continue to drink gin and tea and give themselves hugs.

I have to keep reminding myself--'all that glitters is not gold'--the newlyweds will visit LA after they greet their subjects in Canada. that is all I really need to know--glad to live across the country from LA--hope they don't drop off the continent--that is a generous as I can be.
