Remember this quote from George Bush? (9/11, military, terror, state)

I find it truly sickening how the left is now celebrating obama......but when Bush was president all we heard was "Close Gitmo/War is lost/blah blah blah"....
But in all honestly the lefts horsesh*t doesn't suprise me.
The left is a joke.
Yeah, they like to take the moral high ground by opposing everything we do to defeat America's enemies, then they take credit for the victory.
The Right always has been more concerned with the money the private sector makes off WAR than actually accomplishing the mission. After all if the war is won the contracts and profits disappear. The Bushista’s never had any plan to neutralize Bin Laded. He was needed to keep the money flowing from the taxpayer to the money men.
Killing bin Laden will not stop the terrorism because it is a very effective way for a small group to fight a large country. The next generation of terrorists has already been trained all over the Muslim world and the funding from the oil money is still flowing. Our presence is enough to keep the recruits joining up for the Great Cause.
Eventually we will realize continuing this conflict is not worth the cost. We will simply declare a victory and bring our Army home. I hope we will realize that both human, satellite and cyber intelligence backed by SWAT Teams to kill terrorists’ cells along with their financiers will show the survivors that terrorism is a very effective way for a big state to suppress small state terrorism without spending itself into bankruptcy.
Our Military Industrial Congressional Complex is terrified that we will figure out how the defend ourselves without having to bankrupt ourselves in the process.
It is nice to know the extreme democrats and republicans on this forum can take such a positive event such as this and use it as an excuse to bash the the other side of the isle.
You people should be ashamed of yourselves. Take off the boxing gloves for one day and try to be happy for this accomplishment.
Possibly...but the fact is, it was President Obama, not Bush, who authorized the operation that brought down a man Bush couldn't be bothered to catch. After all, he was too busy in Iraq fighting a war against a country that never attacked us..
President Bush authorized this mission in 2001. Luckily Obama was not stupid enough to cancel it when he was elected.
Just thank God Osama, I mean Obama, kept the Bush policies and Guantanamo to glean the information that gave up the courier system that led to Osama?
Had Obama did something other than the Bush policy we'd never have gotten the information to get Osama.
Good ol' Dubya...always good for an insanely dumb quote....
"Rarely is the questioned asked: Is our children learning?"
"Our enemies are innovative and resourceful, and so are we. They never stop thinking about new ways to harm our country and our people, and neither do we."
"There's an old saying in Tennessee — I know it's in Texas, probably in Tennessee — that says, fool me once, shame on — shame on you. Fool me — you can't get fooled again."
"Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB-GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country."
And how can we forget one of his favorite words...."NOOK-YOO-LER."
Sorry to take this thread off course for a minute, but based on a purely comical perspective, I sure do miss 'Ol Dubya. He was a hoot when he got in front of the cameras.
You are forgiven. I miss the idiot. He should be a TV commentator on Faux Noise. He had the ability to talk ungrammatical nonsense with complete sincerity. He had no idea what he was thinking because he couldn’t, like the rest of us, understand what he was saying.
