Actually the way the bounty is designed, its given to the person that gives up the info, which means the one being interrogated..

You are right about who the money is to go to but then when Bush announced it all it was $25 million and we have had it lowered to $20 million right here so I guess maybe we should just forget about it all since it obviously had to be beaten or water boarded out of the man who gave up the info.
