I think its pretty stupid to have a debate about accolades to a president over something like this. Bush didn't do squat, other than order the search for Saddam. He didn't deserve all the adoration/accolades bestowed upon him for the capture of Hussein. Obama doesn't deserve it either for giving the green light to get OBL. The accolades go to those who planned and executed the operations. The President's don't do any of that - they just make the decision. Credit both presidents for making the right decisions, but don't gloat over it like they are heroes on white horses.

The Presidents deserve accolades for making the right decisions, and bashed for wrong ones. Depending on priorities, one could praise Bush for not going after Osama but Saddam, and one could praise Obama for opposing the chase for Saddam and focusing on Osama instead.
