OT: How do you manage your stress?

I'm Italian, don't manage stress. And not lol.

I will pour me a glass of white wine, not a drinker, but do like my wine. Music, not going to make sense to ya all, but cleaning an already spotless house, or cooking or baking. Anything to keep me busy, family recently told me, please no more baking they are gaining weight, so i have to lay off.

Poliotcal stress? I just think of it like anythiong in life. Take care of business and live witrh what comes. Even the deficit doesn't stresss me but then I have been hunkered down with the huge rise to prepare anyway.After the service in the 60's not much really stresses me really;life's a piece of cake in comparison now.I thnik when and iof we get out of this recession thosw ho went thru it will take more noitce to always be ready as they can for the next one.Lessons learn that you can control the nation;only your affairs.

Go on CD, but I stay off certain threads if certain posters are on them. Basically, the ones who can't debate and just want to insult. They know who they are!

I am relatively new to CD, it helps with my stress levels, but I agree with Katiana, I avoid certain topics posters etc if they are only going to lead to sniping/name-calling without proper argument and respect.
