Then why did W say in 2002 that he doesn't know where OBL is and doesn't spend much time thinking about it?

I really think that the President is doing the right thing here. Putting the man's head on a stick in the public square won't do anyone much good. The photos are gruesome from what I understand, and posting them won't serve any purpose to but to inflame. Besides, no matter what was posted, the pixel people would pick them apart and call them fake anyway. And I think you all know my politics, I am a conservative.

Again, another smart move by Obama. The nuts on the right will continue to talk about this until 2012, thus making the Republicans look bad.

Because he knew he was dead. They needed him still to be alive in OUR minds to justify the continuation of the war. Now Obama wants out by July 2011, this is how they are going to do it. Pretty coincidental that Obama made a hard July 2011 withdraw date, then all of a sudden, waddaya know. 2 months before that date AND on the 66th anniversary of the announcement of Hitler's death, they announce the death of OBL. The VERY NEXT day, the Obama administration says that troops are ready to start withdrawing from Afg. This is ALL TOO COINCIDENTAL but it starts to make sense out of why Obama stuck to a withdraw timeline for Afg.

The faked photo has been out since Monday. I think it's pretty smart of the administration NOT to release a photo. This way, an official photo can't get mixed up with the fake photo in the court of public opinion thus creating a firestorm of debate about it being photo-shopped. A fake one and a real one circulating on the net at the same time will cause more problems than it solves.

This isn't about nuts on the right or left, it's about our government expecting all Americans to believe everything they say no matter how ludicrous it sounds.

What's her name? What is her exact quote? How do know she's a daughter? How do you know if she even exists? Why would the USA kill a father in front of his children- no matter who the father is?

Just asking questions about the official mumbo-jumbo- I do NOT believe this operation happened at all as far as killing OBL. He's been dead a long time. Sure there were probably helicopters and activity and noise going on but that's about the extent of it.

This admionistration is hiding something. That something is that they did NOT kill OBL this past weekend. They had some sort of raid, but it wasn't OBL that they killed.
