take your bible reading somewhere else more practical...
outside the dmv here in boise it has signs that say NO SKATEBOARDING and NO LOITERING..
if you're not there to take care of something.. you need to go
Then how come those Black Panther guys weren't arrested for "loitering" when they stood outside the voting place dressed in commando gear and banishing sticks ?

The law needs to be consistent and it's not.

Does this mean I can go into a Public library and start singing verses from Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club?

They should have carried clubs like those balkck muslims at the polling place. The justice dept has already clear acting like that.

I find it amazing that righties want to ban people from carrying clubs, but have no problem with people carrying guns.

The cop has no legal authority to arrest a street preacher.
He was not on a public street. He was in a parking lot about 400 feet from the nearest street... but claims "he drives by every day" & sees the line up.

Presumably they had business at the DMV, but you're right: They could have just been hanging around outside the DMV to pass the time.

Because with a gun, the law says you have to conceal it when you are walking around with one. Seeing a weapon in one's hands plus conveniently in front of a polling station when those people are not in a cop uniform is highly suspect. It's called intimidation. I would achieve the same effect if I stood in front of a polling station in a black neighborhood while holding a noose in my hands

Nope. Not seeing the "annoying" part either.
Could you show me the bit about not yelling "Fire!" in a crowded theater?
