So, since you've now just been shown THREE Bush re-election ads exploiting the 9/11 families, I'm waiting for you to pronounce Bush a "pig".

Waiting.....

Does this seem Presidential to you, maybe spiking the football too hard?
Can you provide firm evidence linking the presence of a camera and its purpose for filming a campaign commercial?

Linking unrelated items by tenuous suggestion is how conspiracy theories start (and how Glenn Beck's show survived). Rise above that drivel.

Streeeeeeeetch.

You don't have to attack your president for everything. Pick your battles on substantive issues and people will respect your opinion more.

edit: I just read through some of this thread. Seems the OP has already been owned and discredited for not providing evidence for his claims. No need to keep beating this dead horse.

For those attacking families of the 9/11 attacks as "wingnuts" and other derogatory terms, you are no better than Ann Coulter when she called 9/11 widows "harpies". In addition, as a citizen of this country, you are well within your rights to question your President. Our President is not a benelovent dictator or king, he is an elected official that is there at the behest of the citizens of the United States.

I can't even believe that I have to say this.

For those taking sides, what was your view in 2004?:

Furor over Bush's 9/11 ad

DAILY NEWS STAFF WRITERS

Thursday, March 4th, 2004

The Bush reelection campaign yesterday unveiled its first three campaign commercials showcasing Ground Zero images, angering some 9/11 families who accused President Bush of exploiting the tragedy for political advantage.

"It's a slap in the face of the murders of 3,000 people," said Monica Gabrielle, whose husband died in the twin tower attacks. "It is unconscionable."

Gabrielle and several other family members said the injury was compounded by Bush's refusal to testify in open session before the 9/11 commission.

"I would be less offended if he showed a picture of himself in front of the Statue of Liberty," said Tom Roger, whose daughter was a flight attendant on doomed American Airlines Flight 11. "But to show the horror of 9/11 in the background, that's just some advertising agency's attempt to grab people by the throat."

Mindy Kleinberg said she was offended because the White House has not cooperated fully with the commission and because of the sight of remains being lifted out of Ground Zero in one of the spots.

"How heinous is that?" Kleinberg asked. "That's somebody's [loved one]."

Firefighter Tommy Fee in Rescue Squad 270 in Queens was appalled.

If he uses one clip from Thursday's 9/11 visit it will backfire big time. I don't think he is that dumb nor his campaign advisers that stupid.. if he does it would be deplorable.

No press cameras allowed so if anything from that performance shows up during the campaign we can easily say that the lone camera men were part of the plans for the campaign, can't we? Bush's people used news camera clips for his campaign and I see some difference in the two operations. Of course, I voted for Bush and not for Obama and will still be going the same direction in 2012.

Why do you keep beating it then?
