Maybe selling it to Russia was part of the debt deal.
I was beginning to think everyone had forgotten about it. Maybe if the debt "crisis" is really over, Libya will start showing up in the news again? And people will start asking what we're doing there, and how many "days not weeks" it's going to take to do it?
