Native American Gods granted them this land well before the 4,000 year history of the Hebrew.
The fact that the spirit of the great tree told them they could take it from whomever was here before them is irrelevant.

Should we all leave because of their religious beliefs?
Nope.

Actually God didn't give them anything, and if you want to get technical, he also kicked them out of the "promised land".
He gave them the promised land...and then allowed them to be exiled. He also brought them back from exile 70 years later. Read Ezra and Nehemiah. Good stuff.
Who granted that land to Israel? The United States and Europe were the first countries to recognize an independent Israel, and used the United Nations to give it to them.
It was a land grab, an act the United States should not be proud of. We've got plenty of those though.
Technically, "Palestinians" already have a homeland... it's called "Jordan." There is really no difference between a "Jordanian" and a "Palestinian."
"Palestine" exsisted as part of the British mandate. Before that, it did not exist, and was part of the Ottoman Empire.
This goes back to the end of WW1 when the former Ottoman Empire was being divvied up by the side that one the war.
The San Remo Accords are the first stop if interested in learning more.
This part of the story happened thirty years and many events later.
I know the history of the middle east, and I know that Brittan and others committed a terrible thing when they divided things up the way they did. The completely ignored tribal lines and religious views. Iraq is a perfect example of how screwed up all of their efforts were.
But we are talking about modern Israel, the Israel that was given lands that belonged to someone else in modern times, for no good reason other than we owed them one after the holocaust.
I support a modern Israeli state, because its been there for half a century, and should remain so. But the land, in my mind, will always belong to the Palestinians. They should have their own separate state from Israel, and Israel should be happy it has anything at all.
You would, if your intellectual eyes were open - along with your mind. This is nothing but a blatant attack on Israel - the ONLY Democracy in the region.
Should the native Americans leave the US for who/what was here before them?
Exactly...ownership is temporary at best.
