Ya gotta love the Gop.

"I don’t, everything I’ve read shows that we would not have gotten this information as to who this man was if it had not been gotten information from people who were subject to enhanced interrogation. And so this idea that we didn’t ask that question while Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was being waterboarded, he doesn’t understand how enhanced interrogation works. I mean, you break somebody, and after they’re broken, they become cooperative. And that’s when we got this information. And one thing led to another, and led to another, and that’s how we ended up with bin Laden."

Santorum has proven himself an imbecile on a number of occasions. Even Fox News realizes he's a bozo.

Mere hours after Sen. Rick Santorum (R-Pa.) announced breathlessly at a press conference that "we have found weapons of mass destruction in Iraq," a FOX news reporter found out that Santorum was hyping a document that describes degraded, pre-1991 munitions already acknowledged and dismissed by the White House's Iraq Survey Group.

I guess that's why they hired him.

He can relate to their viewers.

Misleading thread title. McCain knows torture. This wasn't torture.
