Equating ending medicare with throwing grandma off the cliff.

Maybe that would be more accurate if there was no plan at all to replace it with or even up for discussion.

You folks are completely disingenuous.

I'd be far more open to a commercial that had Paul Ryan choking grandma with a rope around her neck (while trying to save her from the entire mountain falling into the sea).

What about an overweight, balding, middle-aged man wearing a Springfield High School Class of '74 sweatshirt standing on the edge of a cliff desperately trying to get the attention of a Ryan look-alike pushing a bulldozer toward him? I think that's the most apropos.

I understand what you're trying to get at.

What I don't agree with is you leaving the fact that the middle aged man is already teeter-tottering on the edge of the cliff before the Ryan lookalike, with his plan, even came into the picture.

Other than that, I agree with your troubled assessment of Springfield, Homer would be proud.

One of my all-time favorite cartoons is from the Wizard of Id. A man is standing on the parapet of the castle, poised to jump. The people are gathered below, screaming, "Jump, jump, jump..." The Wizard looks down and says, "What's wrong with you people? Can't you see this man needs help?" Back to the crowd, now screaming, "Push him! Push him! Push him!"

Are all you Republican and Democrat partisan hacks pretending your own side is above these tactics? LMAO!

Typical Republican and Liberal bullsh*t.

The facade is pathetic. Bunch of mindless sockpuppets.

Again, throwing grandma off the cliff (instant death) would only be fair if Ryan's plan removed everything, including the kool-aid I.V. in their arm right now. (you should like that metaphor)

Hence my high school Class of '74 suggestion.
