Looks like Bob's hardware store on Main St with his 8 employees who can't afford a compliance lawyer and/or an accountant will be the only sucker who will have to follow the rules of obamacare.
btw- it's good to have friends in high places.
Bob's is exempt.

Small business and health-care reform

If you’re a small business with 1-24 employees…

First of all, the employee count would be based on the number of full-time-equivalent (FTE) employees. So if you have 30 employees, but they all work half-time, you have 15 FTE employees and you belong in this group.
You are exempt from the employer penalties that larger firms face.

Pelosi's District is in San Francisco which requires employers to provide Health Care or pay into the City Health Care System. I guess nobody pointed that out

So basically, you managed to post a current article from the main scream pointing out that only 1/2 of Nevada is excluded...

This fabulous bill is supposed to save us so much money that we'll be rolling in it (or under it) by 2019. At this rate by 2019 the only one not waivered will be John in Costa Mesa. I'm pretty sure John won't be digging that so he'll do what? Apply for a waiver of course.

Funny how we used be taught about corrupt government officials in other countries who could be bribed by drug cartels, corporations and so on. How ironic that we now have our own corrupt officials who have created their own cottage industry using political bribery to avoid the penalties of bad legislature. He who dies with the most toys wins politics.

Unsurprisingly, the liberal pro-Obama mainstream media ignores the story-

Shh! Networks Don't Want to Talk About Obamacare Waivers for Wealthy Pelosi Liberals
According to the three major networks, the granting of numerous waivers to Barack Obama's health care law, including 38 in April alone to wealthy, entertainment businesses in Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco district, isn't of much interest. ABC and CBS have completely ignored waivers, while NBC only included a general mention from a Republican senator.

Don't forget the same scumbags who wrote this disaster specifically exempted THEMSELVES from it.

I know there is no limit to the unmitigated gall of Washington and our government, I'm just amazed that people aren't storming the streets demanding that every one of them go to jail, or worse.

Another cheap shot. I showed that the MSM covered this story. If I felt like devoting my life to this, I could find a story about the waivers on NPR's website, b/c I read about it there, too.

If Obamacare provides quality healthcare then why do our politicians not want it. Why did the Democrats not agree to signing the bill by Coburn that would have required Congress to receive Obamacare instead of their Cadillac Health Plan they have now.

More hypocrisy by the Democrats! Hopefully Obama loses the next election and they eliminate Obamacare
