Now isn't that something? I answered truthfully and said I was a Republican and came out Staunch Conservative. I went back and lied just exactly the opposite of what I believe and sure enough I came out solid liberal.

The sad part of it all is that when I graduated from college in 1954 I was a very solid liberal and I made a nearly 100% change when the Dems started nominating socialists for President year after year, beginning with George McGovern and recently Obama. They left me and I changed.

I did the same thing. I answered totally opposite from my original answers - Libertarian, and then I was now "a modern democrat" I even switched my Sex

I used to think when I read certain posts - what were they
thinking - now I know - Totally Opposite of Me

Hey, I knew how I would turn out on that one from what so many wild eyed liberals have told me for years. A somewhat liberal polling group and the way I believe. Of course, they worded their questions in a manner to get what they wanted to see.

That 9% does seem too low. Other polls have found conservatives (although not neccesarily "staunch") to be a much larger segment of the population.

It seems from reading the reponses here strong conservatives and liberals (and perhaps libertarians) are overrepresented in this forum. This doesn't surprise me as I would guess centrist types would have less passion and less interest in political topics.

That's an interesting guess

I'd guess that most of the 'centrist types' have high tailed it out of here to get as far as possible away from all the capital L Left vs capital R Right bull**** in this forum.

I find the questions to be pigeon holed written from a perspective of a particular political affiliation and focused within the view of such.

That is, the quiz seems rather pointless.

Post Modern for me. Very interesting that most either seem to be Libertarian or Post Modern on this thread.

Based on your responses, YOU are a…
Solid Liberal

Whew! I was afraid with some of my answers that I might get pigeonholed as a conservative!
