Bill still has his new book out and it spells out how we can end the Fed and what to replace it with, plus pay off the debt at the same time.

Clue #1 Ron Paul is not the President of the United States of America.
Clue #2 Ron Paul is never going to be the President of the United States of America.
Clue #3 The President cannot abolish the Fed
Clue# 4 You are asleep.

The "British controlled Fed" ... give me a break

Almost as bad as those clowns who insist that the President is a puppet and he really takes his orders from the Queen. This is the United States, we became an independent nation in 1776.

Wait wait wait, the British run the US Federal reserve?

Do they sit around smoking cigars and stroking the mustaches saying "Good show" a lot?

OMG, you gave me such a great laugh at that.

As much as I love Ron Paul, I am with the others that he would have difficultly abolishing Fed even as president, however I do think the attention he has brought to the now infamous Fed has been a great service to our country. Anecdotally speaking...most people that I talk to these days actually know that the Fed is a private corporation and not a body of the government. That was not true 5 years ago, I would say that the Fed is about as Federal as Fed Ex and they react with a "Really? Huh, didn't know that".

I have seen the Money Masters documentary and I thought it was outstanding. For those who don't already know, it simply explains the history of the how (mechanisms) the bankers rose to power, starting before the time of Jesus, and have used money and economies to manipulate foreign policy, governments, and people through their governments. I admittedly don't have much of a head for economics, nor the interest unfortunately, but I still learned a ton from that movie and I am sure those who have a deeper understanding of economics will get even more out of it. It is a must see!
