How idiotic are these threads? Nobody at all seems concerned with the media consolidation (Clinton allowed) and obvious bias across all 6 (yes there are only really 6!) media outlets.

This whole concept of an idealogical divided country was a manufactured story from the few media outlets in order sit back and cash in.

$%#@ Clear Channel, #*@! News Corps, *$*# GE, ^*#$ Disney, *&$@ MediaNews, and #!%@ Viacom even harder.

This whole, "my news channel is better than your's" attitude is laughable when you actually look at who is in charge or "making (manufacturing) the news you are citing".

I can't wait to see the Murdoch dynasty completely destroy FOXs news branch with in-fighting over their inheritance and drag that franchise through the mud.

Fox against the rest of the leftist media - so far, it hasn't been a fair fight.

Is there a way to save this thread so that in can be easily found in November of 2012? Like subscribing to it so it'll be in my email? It's going to come in handy, and I expect other posts that yammer about Fox's high ratings, when the cons start claiming that Obama only won reelection "because of the media"
Fox News's audience is a fraction the size of the audience of the broadcast networks' evening news programs. On a good day, O'Reilly gets 2.5m viewers. The lowest-rated broadcast network news program, CBS, gets 5.4m viewers. Added together, the three major broadcast networks get 21.2m viewers for their evening news programs. When you add in the 2m viewers from the liberal cable channels, it's clear that the liberal media's 23.2m eyeballs crushes Fox News's 2.5m eyeballs 7 to 1, without even counting the secondary liberal broadcast TV news stations.

Strange, but Fox isn't mentioned in your link at all.

Default "Drop Fox" Campaign not going well for Leftist Propagandist Media Matters

Good.

Fox News should under no circumstances be silenced. America is built upon the foundation of freedom of expression. Fox's highly biased broadcasts appeal to a certain demographic who should have access to daily affirmation.
