In the early 90s the New York Times reported that America has given Israel 73 billion dollars. Since then the total must be much more.
At the United Nations America votes in favor of Israel and excuses all Israeli aggression. Then America has to justify its position to the world.
America bends over backwards to please Israel.
For all this help how much has Israel (and AIPAC) thanked America?
Up until Obama they always thanked America and called their leaders partners.
Problem is our American President always acts like a socialist Muslim.

And has the US right-wing realized that - opposed as they are to universal health care in the United States, and staunch defenders as they are of Israel - the US government is footing the bill for the Israelis' universal health care?

There is no such thing as free health care. In Europe as an example they pay $10 a gallon for their FREE health care as well as a great percentage of tax on their wages.
Considering the peaceful Muslims lobbed several thousand missiles into Israel in the recent history, it makes sense some of the money from America would go to band-aids, new legs, surgery and things related to the medical damage of Israel from peaceful Muslims. That makes sense.
We give money to Africa for surgeons, condoms and of course since many hate black people and want less of them, they love to also fund abortions/sterilization (which disgusts ME). So we give money toward medical there as well because they are dying everywhere.
Our country needs to get away from being lazy. Get all but the most disabled off the social programs and reduce the government employee welfare down to the same percentage of the population as it was before the great society boondoggle.
Maybe they don't thank the US because they are afraid it would embarrass us and cause some segments of the population (who just HATE paying income tax) to suddenly realize all the "foreign aid" (which the right-wing hates), all the universal health care for foreigners (which the right-wing hates), just how much of that income tax they hate paying, goes to propping up their all-time fave welfare Queen.. Israel!

Sure, they thanked us. By spying on us. By selling off (after copying) our military technology. By selling out our National Security by giving information to "assets" that we are not friendly with. By dealing behind our backs w/ Nations that are known to be hostile to us. By purposefully blocking, destroying and derailing the peace process negotiations.
See?! They've done oh, so much for us, it makes me think how can we repay them back?
