Europe is just like North America, as well as Asia.

The further south you go the more you encounter laziness, crime, corruption, and poverty. People in hot climates just love to relax and kick back.

Germany is far more expensive than Greece. And how do you know that German workers are more productive than Greeks. Have you ever been to Europe? Where do you get your knowledge from?

Do you have any idea, why the Turkey was not allowed to join the EU?

How do you know that? Do you live in Greek or in Germany or anywhere in Europe?

Yeah, that's why the people in the south earn less money, have a lower cost of living and are more hospitably.
