Rape is all about power, not sexuality, no matter which sex the victim is. So, no, it has nothing to do with homosexuality.

Wherever you come from, it doesn't matter. However it is, it applies to Brooklyn and LA and Tokyo and Manila just the same as we are all humans.

As for a man who engages in a consensual sexual relationship with another man being gay or not, definitions of sexual identity have changed over the years. The definition of a man who's the "catcher" being gay while the man who's the "pitcher" not being gay is older than the definition considering both to be gay. Most men who regularly partake in consensual sex with other men and who declare themselves to be hetero are in reality bi....
When someone says that "the definitions of sexual identity have changed over the years"... it automatically puts up a red flag for me.
I believe what has happened is that things in our society are becoming more permissible, and in previous years the same behavior would be unacceptable.
Pop culture determines what is acceptable in Popular Society, but in reality the same moral dilemma exists in the same manner as it did in years past and the people who are punching the envelope are sexually conflicted when they claim they're hetero and exhibit homosexual behavior.
I think some men demean the position a female has in society when he says he's straight and sleeps with men. It's as if they don't recognize that females have a sexual function and men have a sexual function, and for a man to become sexually involved with a male (and claim they're heterosexual) completely turns society upside down.
If you're gay be gay, but don't claim you're straight and sleep with someone who's got the same parts as you do.
Humans ARE animals, especially with those things that are controlled by the oldest parts of the human brain. Jails are terrible places, very inhumane, thus they bring out inhumane, i.e. animal behavior in humans.
