Whites are usually held to a much lower standard. They get away with a lot of mistakes. Hispanics, blacks, etc. get fired and ostracized for messing up once.

Employers are scared to death of firing blacks because they sue for racial discrimination.
The most discriminated against people in the US today are white, heterosexual, male Christians. They're under attack.
The only 'attack' against this group is that they see other groups finally getting some of the advantages that white heterosexual male Christians have always had all to themselves in the past.
I am white heterosexual Christian and even I can see that.
Don't whine. It's not becoming.
How can whites be the most discriminated against group in the USA, yet they control the economics and politics?
