If pressed, though, it is highly likely that the things he would say about government, and his faith in its ability to resurrect people, careers, economies, and the environment, and its ability to offer meaning to otherwise empty lives, would rival the views of the most fervent monotheist.
You confuse charity with taking money from people. Charity is giving of your own money. Taking other people's money is not charity. It's not even close.
