Well, I didn't ask but I assume your gonna tell me this kind of behavior is normal there?
no clb10! It is not normal behavior! Miami Beach is pretty cool most of the time but this is Memorial Day weekend and "Urban Beach Weekend" or basically every single ghetto thugged out rapper is in town!
We go through this every Memorial Day ! Multiple shootings and dumb punks acting the fool! Residents usually leave!

O.K. I see now.
You would think the Miami Police Dept. would be available to stop this behavior and actually enforce a law or two.
This isn't the best way to remember those who have given the ultimate sacrifice, I can tell you that.
clb10 well Miami Beach is a seperate city from Miami so they have their own Police Department. There are thousands of young people on South Beach so think of past "Spring Breaks" you have gone through and if you have an issue why don't we discuss the ability of people to get a machine gun to begin with?
its a shooting. it happens every day throughout the country.
Actually in many parts of the USA this type of behavior is not tolerated.
There are communities with people who, for the most part, respect the law. Also, the people in these communities have jobs and care enough about their kids to raise them properly.
And if a wayward soul gets out of line then the community, along with law enforcement, weeds out the criminal and slaps the cuffs on him (or her).
Hard to believe but its true.
