Martin Bashir, it seems, is not a fan of Sarah Palin. And during his MSNBC show and “Clear the Air” segment, he went looking for a way to roast the possible 2012 candidate who is now on a national bus tour. So what tool did he use to blast the woman even many of her detractors see as patriotic? The American flag.
According to Bashir, Palin could be breaking the law by displaying the American flag on her tour bus: She drapes herself in the stars and stripes and makes millions of dollars in the process.
Hahahahahahaha!!!
Seriously!
That's all he's got?
Baffle them with bullsheet
Great example of right wing double standards by the OP.
I wonder if any right wingers here are principled enough to stand up for Flag etiquette as they would have done if it were somebody from "other tribe".
Well we have a winner. The first one to point out that using the flag in this way is a violation of the law.
But no right winger yet has been on this thread to defend proper display of the Flag as Texas Golfer is likely a independent or leans slightly left.
So to lefties, burning the flag is OK. But displaying the flag on a bus is NOT OK. Got it. And you wonder why people think you all are a bunch of kooks.
No they're not. Why don't you research the proper display of the flag?
Instead of asking stupid questions?
How much do you want to bet that many, many of those bikers have an American flag patch somewhere on their garb that is decorated in some way. I bet some even have it painted on their bikes. Want to try that again?
Nobody has argued here she should be punished only that she's being disrespectful to the flag. She's being her typical moron self. She likely has no clue about flag etiquette.
