This argument is so tiresome and lame it should be a TOS violation to start it. If I wanted to offend and hurt (I don't) I could name some very public figures who have been surrounded by armed civilians and/or professional bodyguards but were taken out of service anyway by nuts with... guns. A gun is NOT a defensive weapon. I should amend that... a gun is not the most effective defensive weapon. If you feel good carrying, rock on. When its your time its not going to matter. As a national policy... not here. There are lots of places where it would be ok to allow unlimited access to firearms by the populace but America isn't one of them. I know, I know... its in the Constitution... well ... don't look at me... I'm not the one saying y'all shouldn't have yer guns!!!

Am I the only one to notice this?
Says we shouldn't be allowed to have firearms.
Then says he didn't say it.

I think This post corroborates the rapidly growing consensus that Liberalism is a form of Mental Illness.

I must say this is the only time I've seen conservatives admit that crime is down. I guess facts finally become acceptable when you figure out how they suit your argument.
