He's not. The film was not a reference to my quote. It was a reference to Hollywoods "Liberal Agenda" in the 1960's. I was implying with my comment that the "conservative agenda" would love to take us back to 1865.

The "Liberal Agenda" is Liberty and Justice for all. Its pretty simple.

Default So what?

Why in the world would they push a regressive, divisive, ineffective, and bigoted Conservative agenda? Why would they push an agenda supported by George Bush?

Absolutely nothing wrong with pushing the agenda of the most enlightened in this country, one that fits modern times.

Its not a very big well kept secret...to most of us anyways. Much like the news media, Hollywood has held a liberal biased for years and have used their platforms to make Conservatives look bad and prop up and push liberalism. Heck, even Sesame Street people have admitted to pushing their Lefty ideas on to vulnerable kids.

Even if you are a liberal, are you really okay with all this? Sure maybe you hard core libs, but the average Democrat, how about you? You want every medium out there being predominately Liberal and pushing their ideas, sometimes sneakily, in to their shows/movies?

Its amazing that Conservatism is doing as well as it is right now. Given how much of our society pushes liberalism and has an extreme bias, its simply amazing we Conservatives exist. However, I think the fact of this large bias that has been going on for a long time, has played a big role into the downward spiral our society has been in for a long time.
Yep. And the sad part is they target the youth in subliminal ways. They know how impressionable kids are and they go after them. They do it in school, they do it in music and they do it in TV/Movies. We all know this. Nice to finally see it admitted.

"...president of MTV Networks Entertainment Group Doug Herzog talking about his network having “superpowers†when it comes to its influence over young people."
"The advancement of a gay and lesbian political agenda is mentioned by multiple executives,..."

The alternative is a conservative agenda, which is...what, exactly? To keep things the same? Change, in all its permutations, always comes from liberal thinking. It is the only thing that keeps things moving. Conservative agendas are restrictive and backward-looking, not that that's always bad, but it's sure not an agenda to rally behind.

Most television these days come with a remote control and it fairly easy to attach a DVR. If you don't like what you are watching on TV either turn the damn channel or order DVD's of the type of video entertainment you like. It's not that complicated.

That was funny, according to that one clip, they were trying their damnedest to prevent Reagan's re-election in 1984.

How did that turn out again?

Good to hear the Left admitting their "agenda."

Hear that Conservative Parents?

Now, if we can just get someone from the Dept. of Education to admit their agenda! Oops! We already have. Obama's Safe School Czar, Kevin Jennings (you know the one heading up the Anti-Bullying Program in Our Schools across the country) wrote the foreward to the book, "Que*ring Elementary Education.
