What Sarah was talking about happened after Revere and his group did the warning of the colonists with the lights. Sarah was wrong that Revere's mission was to warn off the British. But she won't admit it. There are many threads about this from today when that nonsensical article appeared in a conservative record.

Oh, LOL! Jay Leno is now talking about this.
Of course Palin knows the same scripted story of Paul's ride, that all of us heard in grade school. But we also know that Palin has always been one to stick it to the establishment, whether its the media establishment, or the good old boys network. I sure she read about this encounter Revere had with the British, and identified with it.

So, when such claims are made, saying that it is a right mentioned in the Bible would be honest and pointing at the second amendment would not be.

People have Rights, they aren't granted by the whim of a government. It was probably explicitly spelled out by the founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence and most people seem to agree with them.
