Truthfully, I don't think anyone is gonna agree. On the female version of a this and male version of a that.
It's like asking what's the opposite of peanut butter or something. But saying the foreskin is some numb piece of flesh that doesn't serve any purpose during sexual intercourse is clearly an opinion from someone whose missing one.
