actually the fats help to break down the sugars...that's why whole milk is actually healthier than skim milk...skim milk has more surag than whole milk, and does not have the fat to help break those sugars up
one servive of whole milk has 8 grams of fat...one servive (2 slices) of french toast 19 grams of fat....a bowl of wheaties 22 grams of fat
so do you really think the fat in whole milk is such a big deal???
