What if I made a statement about "Typical black people"? Wouldn't that be deemed racist?
Guess it depends on the context. I'm not the racist meter so I wouldn't know. And I wasn't offering an excuse; I was taking a guess. i don't know what the typical white person is anymore than I know what the average American is but I hear that phrase nearly every day.
I may be wrong about this..but I don't even think the "average" black american cares about the NAACP, most can't even tell you who's the president. The NAACP doesn't speak for me at all so quite frankly I could care less if you think it's a racist organization it doesn't affect me.
Maybe it's his experience growing up as a "Black Male" walking down the street, seeing white people try to avoid him thinking he's some kind of trouble...hmmm.. Yes it happens..
When I was in high school we had bussing in our school from the inner city. I was attacked six on one because I was white. Yes it happens.

It does happen...Guess what!! Black people can BE RACIST AS WELL!! Oh you're shocked hearing a black person say that..
But you're not going to get me with that oh the black person said it well why can't I? You're not in kindergarten you're an adult you should know wise words to use there is NO such thing as a "TYPICAL WHITE OR BLACK PERSON" that's it. I don't know why President Obama used those types of words I'm not his personal adviser but calling him racist? Obama isn't racist he doesn't hate white people.....
