The underlying commerce clause justifications for Federal involvement and rule making will stand.
The *specific* rule that requires people buy something they don't want... won't hold up.

Where does that leave the policy and law options room to go?

If they are legal citizens they will either get covered or pay a fine. Those up to 400% of the poverty level will receive help to pay for insurance. That would include virtually all of those currently uninsured.

The GOP isn't scared of the bill itself. The GOP is scared that people will like the bill once it is fully implemented.

The law will implode on its own because there will be no guaranteed revenue stream to fund it.

What's to like? I like my insurance and don't want to lose my policy because the company goes out of business.
