Extremely frustrating from a taxpayer POV. On the other hand I've been reading about how investment groups are buying out banks that are about to go into receivership for penny's on the dollar.

Short term risk, but if you're gonna be able to buy a bank, then renegotiate terms w/ lenders for penny payments, why not. Good long term ROI. Time to start getting some of the inside "relief".

I don't like it. But if it is done for unions. why not banks?
