What the uneducated, the ill informed and the downright hateful and stupid don't realize is the current economic slowdown TEMPORARY. The slowdown was caused by higher energy prices, the Greek fiscal crisis, the earlthquake and tsunami in Japan, and unrest in the Middle East.
Now look what's happened recently. Saudi Arabia and other nations have decided to step up oil production that is going to lower oil prices. Japan is in the process of putting together a stimulus package to get their economy back on tract. The end game is anywhere from 90 days to six months in Libya. It's not a matter of if Gadahffi goes but when. Then the focus will turn to Syria. The Greek fiscal crisis is in the process of being resolved.
In other words by this time next year the economic situation will in all probability be different than what we have today.
