Ironic use of gender-based language in a post celebrating the stripping of funding for an organization that is a leader in providing women with life saving procedures and reproductive choices and education.

I'm confident that charities will step up to the plate.

I'm just noting the irony in you using misogynistic language while celebrating the stripping of funding to an organization that does laudable work in promoting women's health. I'm sure that sort of charming personality makes you a blast at parties.

PP gets what it deserves. They pay lobbyists to wrangle in as many federal dollars as possible. This puts it on par with the thousands of other industries that Liberals love to hate, but when it involves Magical Minorities and Wonderful Women, then somehow they're "better" than all those other evil industries that use lobbyists. And to top it all off, the federal funds free up other funds so that they can perform millions of abortions.

Is it really any wonder that people are starting to see this institution for the rotten business that it is, instead of the noble community service organization that it purports itself to be?

Taxpayers are winning. Charities can make up the slack. Kudos to North Carolina!

If Congress stripped patent protection for Viagra while summers here was calling John Boehner impotent for being unable to stop it, I would note the irony then too.

If they quit doing abortions they would have plenty of money for all their other programs. Ironic I know.

Right, because providing abortions makes up over 90% of what Planned Parenthood does!
