So to get the story straight.

1. You said that the UN is trying to destroy the planet

2. We showed everyone and you that they aren't trying to destroy anything, they are batting around scientific theory that could help things, but that isn't destroying the planet now is it.

3. Now you're saying that we are going to have to pay for it

4. When asked where it says we are going to have to pay for it, you show us climate change research funding that has nothing to do with the UN.
Climate change, global warming, whatever the greenies call it 4 billion of our money out the window. Where does the UN get its funding? 22% of UN funding comes from the US. Maybe you should do some research before you post.

Yeah a giant sunshade. Should only cost a hundred trillion or so to put that up to shade the earth from the sun. INSANITY. We are already entereing a solar minimum and temps havn't warmed for years but drive on. When they help an ice age kick in who will they blame? Not themselves. They will just want piles more money to warm us up like in the seventies.
THEY have tried very hard to force the US to cut back on carbon emission while allowing China and India to go hog wild with it. I am sure that they will want the US to also pay for all those towers and that sunshade. I hope that some of the other countries can pay for some of the little trees where people don't replant when cutting. American companies do this themselves but I don't know about the others.

The UN isn't funding the changes, they are talking about the changes and trying to get countries to do them.

Maybe you should do some research on how the UN works.

Did you really hear Rush say that? So you do listen to him? I say Pelosi to that.

Not only easier but far cheaper for the US to pay for.

I have no problem with geo engineering if thats what you want to call it, if its done smartly and is paid for by the entire world.
Paid for by the entire world? You now they won't want to do it that way, don't you?

So UN scientists work for free now? Have you ever heard of UNFCCC and the IPCC? Appears not. Who pays the UN "talkers"? How to all these countries get to their little meetings in Rio? Never mind over your head.

Don't bother them with anything like that since there is so little coming from the IPCC that may agree. They want that peer reviewed crap which there seems to be a lot of coming from left leaning sources.

Only if its a peer reviewed piece they agree with. Anything else is somebody funded by Exxon or whatever else they can make up.
