The point is this, the Tea Party movement is just an expression of the outrage the country is feeling. The corporate whores of the Republican Party hate the Tea Party movement even more than liberals do.
Yet the tea party loves corporate America. Go figure.
I think Palin hurt the R party after the election and up to this date.
I wouldn't doubt if she showed up in Iowa/ Bachmann will be there same thing she did with Romney, I could be wrong.
When Obama and McCain ran, I don't remember it being as ugly as it is now.
Everyone wants to cut spending but with Ryan wanting to change Medicare at this point in time it hurt the party also, it doesn't matter if it was a good or bad plan, it hurt the party
With all the changes you are hearing about in the states its all coming from the R side, I know...some D voted in NJ
With all that went on this past year or two it didn't help.
Its only a problem if a Tea Party candidate wins the nomination. I could see the GOP losing votes to the liberals. But, if a moderate conservative wins the nomination, Tea Partiers will "fall in line."
It seems to me the corporate ***** is not a Republican. For every fat cat speech, the nuzzling up to corporate America (bailouts, Wall Street, Obamacare waivers) belie the words. If anything the Republicans have been trying to help the small businesses owner while this administration sucks up to corporate fat cats. Wasn't Obama just on Wall Street last week sucking up for campaign contributions? Why yes he was.
"Last week Obama headed to the Upper East Side to wine and dine Wall Street. The DNC fundraiser at tony restaurant Daniel cost attendees $35,800 each, and the event netted $2.4 million. The dinner was part of Obama's plan to win back the group of financiers that helped him cruise past McCain in 2008, many of whom were turned off by the President's labeling of them as "fat cats" near the beginning of his term."
Um, those poll numbers are rather similar to Obamas, and you claim he's a shoe-in for re-election..
It's shoo-in not shoe-in. As in ‘shooed in’
