As a gay man myself, I am disgusted at the gay pride parades. They are NOT representative of the gay population as a whole. Maybe 10% of the gay population behaves, dresses and acts that way. But what about the gay professionals, accountants, lawyers, doctors, etc, like me? Most of us are normal and these gay pride parades make us look like FREAKS. This is why I am against gay pride parades.

Ah, you can tell this story 'til the cows come home. Even though it's anecdotal, I don't have a single gay friend who would ever participate in any parade like this. For some people, it's just not fathomable that gays could be "normal" in any way...

Yup. Pedophiles pick children due to their lack of sexual characteristics. They are generally turned off by masculine qualities such as muscles, body hair, defined facial features, etc.
Most child molesters, assuming they have an adult orientation, are heterosexual.
Are homosexual adults in general sexually attracted to children and are preadolescent children at greater risk of molestation from homosexual adults than from heterosexual adults? There is no reason to believe so. The research to date all points to there being no significant relationship between a homosexual lifestyle and child molestation. There appears to be practically no reportage of sexual molestation of girls by lesbian adults, and the adult male who sexually molests young boys is not likely to be homosexual (Groth & Gary, 1982, p. 147).

About 90% of black rappers dress like this at award shows and it's not a bad reflection on me as a professional. They are free to dress however they want. Just because we share a trait doesn't mean we must all be exactly the same. That's totally properterous.
