I am a Liberal leftist. I do not believe I have any right to restrict your smoking in your own home. I even like taxing the hell out of you for your habit. I don't care if you drink, get stoned, text or masturbate so long as you do not indulge while driving on a public road. Doing any of these things endangers me and my friends and we do have a right to protect ourselves from your irresponsibility.
