He does have a record to run on, this time around.
The truth is hard to hide these days.

Let's look at this in another light. If I as an American went down to mexico, and found me a young girl, raped and killed her, is there a single American here that would ask the president to call mexico and ask them to halt the LYNCHING I would receive?

The law you are referring to is a federal treaty and would in fact be applicable in a federal court, however, in a state court is not applicable. There is nothing in that treaty that requires that it be applicable at anything other than the federal level.

'Hey Axelrod, how many hispanic votes do you think I can pick up if I inject my 2 cents into trying to stop the execution of an illegal alien rapist muderer?'

HOW many times does it have to be repeated for you to understand?

The President Of The United States .. cannot .. Repeat .. cannot pardon a State Prisoner!

Reality is the Obama is a **** poor excuse for a president. However, he did not get there by himself. He will lie, cheat, and steal to become reelected. His only goal is to be in the presidency (without having to be the president) for as long as it takes to bring the country down. He IS a Communist (the socialist kind) and Muslim ( he hates real Christians and has said so in writing), to him this country represents everything that is wrong with the world. He even hates white people, rerason why most of the black population (a lot a racists there) love him in spite the fact that he is taking them down with him. The only solution is to elect real conservatives at ALL levels of the government and make sure thse people do what is Constitutionally correct.

People?

That includes US citizens who are, um, "interfering with US interests," uh, whatever that means (and I would be afraid to guess).

This is about violating an International Treaty, not guilt or innocence.

The 38-year-old native of Monterrey wasn't told he could contact the Mexican Consulate after his arrest in the murder of Adria Sauceda. His lawyers say police violated an international treaty by not telling Leal he could have consular assistance.
That is a technicality. You can argue whether it is a "major" or "minor" technicality. Texas failed to comply with an international treaty to which the US is bound, so it's a mistrial, and he's re-tried and re-convicted and then finally executed at great cost and expense to the Texas taxpayers, but that's their fault and they need to school their prosecutors a little better when dealing with legal or illegal immigrants.

Facts are a bothersome thing for some people.
