By "booming" you meant an economy based entirely on fraud that eventually collapsed and wiped out trillions in retirement/wealth?

We're still cleaning up that "boom" today.

Funny, because an overwhelming majority polled believe Bush and the GOP are responsible for the economic collapse and that Obama inherited it.

The screaming zealots that loiter here love to claim otherwise, but they are a fringe minority that like to believe everything they tell one another. Reality however is quite different.

I did not miss George W...But now that I realize the economy was booming during his presidency (apparently I completely missed that fact for 8yrs )...And that he supported freedom and Obama does not support freedom...WOW...Yeah I really miss him now. You are a pretty smart guy, thanks for enlightening me about how great the economy was under Bush, and how much more freedom we had then vs. now!

By the time that fool left office 800K jobs were being lost MONTHLY.
The economy was booming until soon after the Democrats tok over congress. Unemployment was very low between 2003-2006.

While W was too liberals for me (I would have much prefered a NON-compassionate conservative) I do miss him. I find his humbleness to be refreshing, I especially appreciate it now.

Because, as we all know, breaking things and repairing things are equally easy.
