I hope not. Albany is a cesspool of competing interests, and Cuomo is the only one that has been able to make any leeway there in years.

If Barry dumps Biden for another VP it will be more evidence that he made a big mistake in choosing him in the first place.

What if Biden refuses to go? VP is not and appointed office.

Neither is the presidency. It is the DNC who decides who will run as VP and who also decides if Obama will an get automatic renomination bid.

Cuomo doesn't need Obama's help. He can stand on his own, and he'd be a fool to go as a VP. The next president, no matter who it is, will be the next Hoobert Heever, so whatever party is in power in 2012 will guarantee the opposing party wins in 2016.

But INO... in name only. Just like anything else Obama, there's no proof.

Floating Cuomo for Biden Swap

Not such a bad idea. At least the ticket wouldn't be so repulsive as the Obama/Biden ticket. But how does Cuomo bounce outside of NYork? What is his value in swing states, as the only value a running mate is going to carry is his ability to swing votes. I don't suspect he'll swing one vote in the south.

0% chance of this happening. This move makes no sense, and why anyone thinks the NYPost is a credible source of political information, I'll never know.

I don't think he'll have much impact in the south either, where he'll probably be portrayed as a lapsed catholic living in sin with his girlfriend. And while Biden can be an idiot, he's a happy idiot. Cuomo will never be accused of being cheerful, and he has a grittiness about him that's good for NY, but I don't see it translating into a national position.

Let's understand the Post article, former New York GOP chief William Powers would like Andrew Cuomo will become President Barack Obama's because Cuomo endorses Republican positions.

So, how does that help Obama? It gives liberals another reason to not vote for Obama, who they feel sold them out and it doesn't grab a single Republican, who is going to vote against Obama anyway.

Advice to Obama: Don't take re-election advice from Republicans.

Except other news sources are picking it up today although I must admit, this past July 4 weekend was one of those deader than dead news weekends unless you are into the casey Anthony trial and candidates marching in parades.

Google: Biden Cuomo

I see 313 news stories on Cuomo in, Biden out.

See, I don't see it happening because Cuomo has only been governor for 6 months and that would negate the Sarah Palin carping.
