Rep. Ron Paul to Hold Hearing on GAO Audit of the Fed - American Banker Article
Alan Grayson: The Fed Bailouts: Money for Nothing
Both sides seem to agree that this is a long time coming and it's down right scary!

Great News! The secrecy and corruption of The Federal Reserve is coming to a much needed end.
$20,000 for each US citizen would have done so much more for our economy than the Trillions and Trillions given to foreign Banks. Bernanke needs to be tried for treason and perjury.

I was trying to do the math...

It is mind boggling.

All the spending and the lending to other nations.
Adding to the debt, while trying to figure inflation of the dollar bill, so it is worth less than it was yesterday.

Take that and divide it by every man, woman & child in the USA.

It may freak you out.

$20,000 you say? Hahahaha! You have been conned!

I'm too lazy to do the math. My guess would be more like $120K.
What's your result?

The banks got a mind boggling 29 trillion in bailouts. That right there is the real welfare problem, not some poor person struggling to get by as food and fuel prices skyrocket as a result of the hot money pumping schemes from the self anointed central bankers.

OK just take that right there alone!

29 trillion, divided by 308 million, or what ever the last census say there were....

Don't forget there are a lot of zero's in trillion!

I stand corrected. Make that $95,000 for every single US citizen. Kind of proves that the money given in Bailouts was made up out of thin air and only increases the inflation of prices and devaluation of our Dollar, mostly affecting the Lower and Middle classes.

That 29 trillion banker bailout number is no joke. Fight the efforts to bring in austerity measures which hurt the middle class and poor and destroys what's left of the economy. If the banks can get 29 trillion in entitlements then there is no need for austerity.
